The Brief: Madison Press Books in Toronto needed a writer with a passion for jewelry to ghost-write a 256-page book on the history of haute couture vintage costume jewelry for collector Carole Tanenbaum. It was a speedy turnaround of 5 weeks but the subject made the project a joy. And, boy, what a beauty! We got great coverage in Harper’s Bazaar, ELLE, Modern Bride, Canadian Jeweller, The Globe and Mail, FT Quarterly, WWD, and more. Plus, this lovely note from fashion accessory icon Kenneth Jay Lane. And a nice thank you note from the publisher of Madison Press Books.
